Doremon donuts have the Japanese name Dorayaki, this is the oldest cake of the country of the rising sun. Making Doremon donuts is simple but requires dexterity of the hands.
- Chicken eggs (4 fruits)
- Sand sugar (220g)
- Honey (2 tablespoons)
- Wheat flour (160g)
- Baking powder (1 teaspoon)
- Red beans (100g)
- Cooking oil
How to make
Step 1: Make cake
You cook the red beans very soft, then put in a pureed smoothie, if too much for the pureed water and beans to match. Put pureed beans on a pan or non-stick pot, stir the water to evaporate the bean paste. In this process, you add sugar to the island until there is a special mixture, turn off the stove.
Step 2: Make donut dough
Mix baking powder with wheat flour and smooth it. Beat the egg in a bowl, add sugar and beat. Next, you turn to honey. Slowly add water to stir until the mixture is smooth, match, and consistency.
Step 3: Frying the cake
Heat the non-stick pan, pour a few drops of cooking oil, and then remove the paper towel around the pan for cooking oil to remain only a very thin layer on the pan. If too much oil is used, when frying the cake, it will not be golden. Ladle a red ladle into a gentle pan for a nice round shape. Fry the bread with medium heat until golden brown, remember to turn it over evenly.
After that, you just need to pinch the red bean in the middle, you already have the delicious cakes.
Now just enjoy it!!! Remember let your baby taste too. Its really delicious and very good for children.
